SUBMISSION
- Publishing process
- 1) Authors submit a full Paper version (It should be over 6 pages) via the online submission system (E-mail to icaet2024@icaet-conf.org)
- 2) Paper will be roughly reviewed by editors in 1-2 days. And we send the Brief Acceptance Letter to authors
- 3) Authors should pay for the registration fee in advance for presentation on conference.
- 4) Authors choose the presentation type (Oral or Poster) and submit their presentation materials to us.
- 5) Authors do the presentation on conference date.
- 6) Committee starts the actual review process, and asking the revision of work after review process.
- 7) Committee checks the revised paper again and submit final manuscripts to MDPI.
- 8) Papers will be published on MDPI.
- General Information
- All accepted papers will be included in 10th ICAET 2024 Conference proceedings and it will be published by MDPI. 10th ICAET 2024 Papers should be focused on Materials Science, Engineering and Technology.
- Preparing Your Proceedings Paper

Conference Series uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication.
Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word according to the journal guidelines and templates, and then convert these files to PDF.
It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread.
do not copy edit or reformat papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication.
Post-publication changes are not permitted, so please ensure that your paper has been checked for errors.
By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the Proceedings Licence.

Please follow these essential guidelines when preparing your paper :
Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word and then convert these to PDF format for submission
Conference Proceeding Paper should be over 6 pages.

Please download the Word templates for extensive guidelines on formatting your paper. As a summary, please ensure the following.
- Paper size is European A4.
- Margins are 4cm (top), 2.5cm (left and right) and 2.7cm (bottom).
- The paper includes the author name and affiliation (full address including country).
- There are no page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.
- The PDF is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or low-resolution figures), since conversion from Word to PDF can introduce formatting errors.
- Text is single spaced, not double spaced.
- The PDF file is editable and not password protected.
- All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).
- Reference lists are checked for accuracy.
References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete.
- Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
- A thorough proofread is conducted to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.

All the paper should be in MS Word ONLY according to the following instructions.
We would like to ask you that before you send the manuscript via e-mail, please check your paper one more time to confirm that;
1. All the Paper should have a filename “(Topic Field) Paper Title. Doc” and Paper Submission Form should have a filename “(Topic Field) Paper submission form.xls”. Please refer to Call for Paper to fill in Topic Field.
2. All Papers should be presented in English ONLY (Proofreading of English is recommended).
3. Short Conference Proceeding Paper should be over 6 pages.
Again, all submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by ICAET committee. Regular papers on conference topics should be formatted according to paper format. All papers will be conducted with the same review process by editors and be published in the same way by Science (Publisher).
